The Pennsylvania Children of the American Revolution State Conference was held in Hershey, PA between March 20-21, 2026. In attendance were Dr. Ernest Sutton (left, past PASSAR President and past Vice President General), Peter Reinhart (center, current PASSAR President), and Dale Leppard (right, current PASSAR First Vice President). Also attending the conference activities was Jacob Lemon. Mr. Reinhart was installed as the Senior State Historian of C.A.R. at the event.
